• Inspector Points: A Quality Assurance Representative from NEHR will schedule and conduct a full property inspection in preparation for the property to pass a mandatory inspection.
• Sales Ahoy!: A NEHR Representative will come to you as you “embark” on a 1-2 day training and instructional program in Hotel Sales and Marketing.
• The Hotel EMS: Provides a NEHR Representative to diagnose and recommend solutions for hotel operational or other issues that may be barriers to your success.
